When we decided to sell our house we were on the fence as to “when“.. in the mean time we bought another property and it got to the point we had to sell our current home to avoid making double payments on both properties. With the COVID19 craziness happening, we thought selling our home would be close to impossible. Matt and Kyle were so professional and very reassuring that our home should have no problem selling. Much to our surprise they were right! We accepted an offer way sooner than we expected, although closing did slow down due to events out of their hands, they remained professional and kept us updated everyday on the status.
